Free shipping on every order

All Lattepic orders ship for free with tracking to the United States and the European Union (except Germany).

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery takes 8-16 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Christmas

To receive your order before Christmas, please order before December 5.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Lost or delayed orders

If your tracking has not updated for 10 days or your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Duties and taxes

Prices include VAT for EU customers. Customers outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by their local customs, which are the customer's responsibility.
