We want you to love your Lattepic. If you don't, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to return

Email us at contact.lattepic@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply within 24 business hours with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before contacting us.

Conditions

• Return window: 90 days from the day you (or the gift recipient) receive the order.
• The item should be returned with its parts and stencil cards.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Gifts

If the item was shipped to someone as a gift, the 90 days start when the recipient receives it, and the refund goes to the original buyer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

EU customers

This guarantee does not affect your legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, or your statutory warranty rights.
