When will it arrive?
In 8-16 business days with tracking. For Christmas, order before December 5.
Can I return it if it's a gift?
Yes. 30 days from delivery, unused and in its box. If you ship it as a gift, the 30 days start when the recipient gets it.
What powder do I use?
Cocoa, cinnamon, matcha or powdered sugar. Fine, dry powder gives the sharpest design.
Does it work on any cup?
On standard mugs and cappuccino cups with milk foam.
Does it need batteries?
No. The camera works with one press: no batteries, no charging, no app.
Can I ship it to another address?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and we'll send it as a gift.
How do I contact you?
Write to contact.lattepic@gmail.com. A real person replies within 24 business hours.
